Return Policy

Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your kngifts purchase.

We accept returns on most orders within 30 days of initial delivery (except for personalized and custom orders).

Since each piece of kngifts is individually handcrafted to order, with the specific size and gold color of the customer choosing, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations can be requested free of charge within 24 hours. After 24 hours of purchase, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

If your opal becomes stained, discolored or damaged from improper care (i.e. washing hands with your opal ring on all the time), the only resolution would be a stone replacement.

Clean opal jewelry with a dry, soft cloth to gently remove dirt and buildups. Do NOT clean opal jewelry with soap, liquid cleaning agents, steamer, or ultrasonic cleaner.
